SARAH STATLER, originally from San Jose, California, grew up studying theater, voice and piano. After moving to New York, she graduated from Manhattan School of Music with a BM in voice. During her time there, she was a recipient of the ASCAP Foundation’s Fran Morgenstern Davis Scholarship. In addition to Sarah’s performance background, she enjoys teaching private lessons to students of all ages (Voice Lessons/Coachings, Piano Lessons & Accordion Lessons). In addition to teaching privately, she has also taught in group settings through companies including Broadway Workshop, Center Stage Theatre Company, Northern Stage & The Children’s Musical Theater of San Jose.
As a teacher, Sarah enjoys providing a safe space for her students to try new things & to continue to grow. She is grateful to have studied music throughout her life & teaching is her way of passing on what she’s learned to others.
